Newly owned and named, Querencia is an Alden 44. Originaly built in the 1980s, wear and tear over time caused significant cracking and delamination down the sides of her hull. We worked hard to strip off the old, damaged, and delaminating fiberglass and reglassed the entire hull. From there we faired it, re-painted it with a new color scheme, and added some deep sea customizations to get her ready for a transatlantic trip to the Azores, Portugal.
