We’ve done it all, successfully completing engine replacements, electronic package upgrades, re-design of galleys and cabins and setting up mechanical systems.

We purposely include team leaders in the planning process to ensure everyone on the project is clear about time and budget constraints.

It’s where we share our ideas and past experiences to improve the plan or smooth out the building process. Once we have the the go ahead, we communicate ‘early and often’ to manage potential issues.
